Description
The Harbour Inn is an interesting and unique place for Cat Ba. The entrance is via a large courtyard with cafe tables, and inside the lobby one is struck immediately by the old-time, nautical theme of the decor. The rooms are done in the same, kitschy style. They aren't very spacious, but they are a good bit of fun, and worth the price.
