Description
This place does a lot of trade with group tour operators. There's a spacious lobby for queuing up and sorting out room assignments, and several dinning rooms for group feeds. We found the staff a little burnt out and a bit unhelpful, and the whole place was sort of permeated with that atmosphere of cow hands listlessly herding cattle around. The rooms are pretty decent nonetheless, despite some water-damaged walls and stained carpets. The TVs have satellite cable, and the bath tubs are a plus. Still, the rack rates here are more than half of what you'd pay for a three-day package on Ha Long Bay. Not much reason to stay here unless you're on a tour.
