Cheap rooms but only just clean
What we say: 
The Giang Son offers up some cheap rooms in a new and an old wing. The rooms in the old wing are a bit cramped, but acceptably clean. Try for one in the new wing for a little more elbow room. They have a small restaurant downstairs and enough room to accommodate tour groups -- if you're travelling with Handspan or Indochine Tours you might be housed here for the night. Those travelling independently might not feel so much at home among the tour groups, awkwardly sitting together for their ritual group feed.
