Goofy but fun

What we say: 3.5 stars

Though we panned the food in the Noble House's sidewalk restaurant in our Eat and Meet section for Cat Ba, the rest of the place is A-okay. The English theme, while bit goofy, is still fun, and the interior is nicely designed. There are bars on the second and third floors -- the latter being the Koala Bar (Koalas in England? Never mind). It's a great little bar, with beautiful views of the bay, and a pool table -- and a foosball table! Come on, who doesn't love foosball? We found the rooms small but pleasant and worth the price, especially considering the added benefit of the convenient facilities.
