Description
This is a three star hotel. You could have fooled us. Thread-bare carpet -- the furniture has dull white slip-covers to disguise the ratty upholstery beneath. The prices they charge don't correspond to reality as we know it. They also have higher rates for foreigners than Vietnamese.
