We gotta love this place on one score. If you're operating an old, run-down, flea-bitten hotel, the least you can do is not overcharge for the privilege of staying there. You can expect puckered, threadbare carpeting, a slightly strange smell in the air, and pretty mediocre housekeeping and maintenance. Still, the rooms are spacious for the price, and some rooms sort of have views of the bay. A fallback option if all the mini-hotels are full and you don't want to book a room in a really expensive place.
