What we say: 
When we visited this place at 2pm on a weekday afternoon, the second floor karaoke bar was going on all cylinders and had a boisterous crowd of middle-aged businessmen adorned with well-fogged beer goggles. If that's the type of place you're after, then the Thai Binh 2 is for you. Our only tip would be to go for a room on a higher floor to at least attempt to escape the wailing emanating from the karaoke microphone. Ignoring the noise, rooms are adequate and in quite good condition.
