Binh An's full name, 'Binh An Labor Union's Tourist Hotel', doesn't exactly suggest holiday fun in the sun. It would be misleading if it did, because these rooms definitely are not fun. Though functional, they feel a bit musty, and there's discolouration from water damage on the walls. The mattresses are cheap and painfully uncomfortable, and the black leather armchairs hardly beg to be used for relaxation. There is hotwater and air-con, at least. It's one of the cheapest options in town, and it can serve if you're stuck, but you can do better at My Lan.
