The best reason to stop by the Duong Dong is to check out the bizarrely Photoshopped brochure. Was it really easier to cut-and-paste a smiling woman behind the reception desk, than to just take a photograph of a smiling staff member actually standing behind it? Well, judging from the awkward greeting we received from the staff, getting that smile might have been the problem. The accommodation isn't that bad, really -- there are some relatively attractive white bungalows, and a slightly threadbare longhouse. Rooms feel a little cavernous though, and seem out of proportion with the minimal furniture. They are however clean, with cable TV, air-con and some rooms even have bathtubs. Still, we'd suggest just picking up the brochure and heading elsewhere.
