Kim Co Hotel
A minty green dream

What we say:
You'd be excused for thinking Kim Co was decorated in the early '90s -- we're pretty sure we had high-top shoelaces in the same colours. We counted at least seven different shades of paint and tile used in our room alone, ranging from hot pink to minty green. Don't let that put you off though -- the total effect is a bright and sunny hotel that really seems to be making an effort to charm you. It's also the most comfortable spot in town, with spic-and-span tiled bathrooms with tubs, firm mattresses, air-con and satellite TV. There are even a few touches that almost make it feel like a more upscale business hotel -- free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, and those little paper sashes alerting you that the toilets have been sanitised. Note though, that not all rooms have windows -- make sure to snag a corner spot. Recommended.

Good for the price
Clean enough, comfortable, and good price ($15 for room with twin beds). No longer new, but ok. Smallish window, AC, wifi. My third time here and I'll likely be back.

Good value, mixed staff
We paid 12$ for a room here, the room was clean and the bathroom was nice as well. Free wifi was a plus though reception was spotty. The lday at reception was nice and helped us with a map and directions. Her coworker, a young man, was less friendly; he seemed indifferent to our presence, but it was no big deal. The receptionist also said their ferries were full for the next day, but a trip to the ferry docks proved otherwise. Fine for a nights stay in Rach Gia, but we would not spend anymore time than we had to.

Good value
Stayed here one night. Went to Phu Quoc Island the next day. Tried to buy a Superdong ticket, but the indifferent lady said it was full. I went to the quay and found tickets straight away. The rooms are great, and is one of the cleanest and roomiest hotels I've stayed in, especially for the money.

Great Value
My gf and I stayed here on a stopover before heading to Phu Quoc Island. The room onlys costs $12 and is by far the best value we encountered on our entire month long trip. We got a corner room with lots of windows. Clean, nice bathroom. I was using the free wifi in the lobby and the staff cut up a dragon fruit for me. SO nice. This is by far the nicest digs in town Highly reccomended.
