What we say: 3.5 stars

The rooms in this sunny blue hotel are spacious and clean, with basic generic furniture, fridges and TVs. The cheapest rooms have fan only, while more expensive rooms have air-con. Rooms at the back don't have windows, and are accordingly a little dark. Rooms on the street facing side have attractive little balconies -- they're not terribly functional, but it's a nice touch. Very little English is spoken, but staff graciously welcome you anyway.
