Description
The friendly Huong Duong is set a block back from the riverfront and, with its recent repainting looks pretty good. The upper floor rooms have terrific views over the river from the large wrap-around verandas and while the furnishings are basic they are more than adequate. As long as you don't mind the climb, go for a room on one of the higher floors. The Huong Duong gets an extra star for the views.
