What we say: 
The rooms here are an absolute bargain and if you're on a budget, there's no need to look any further. Rooms are clean and some rooms have small verandas while all have simple foam mattresses, tv and a half decent view over town, though unfortunately there is no elevator. Staff speak not a word of English, but there's an English price list available.

not so good
Actually cost 150,000 and was quite dirty and noisy, because of nearby karioke. The people were nice but didn't seem to put much effort into the place. A lot of things seemed broken. I moved the second night.
