What we say: 
Easily the best backpacker option in Vinh Long, the Phong Hoang 1 has splendiforous rooms, very well sized and spotlessly clean. The ground floor room has a bathroom big enough to sleep a family of four. This place has very friendly, English speaking staff and is very backpacker orientated. A short walk from the centre of the action, this is excellent value for money. There's an internet cafe nextdoor and an affiliated property a couple of doors down to deal with overflow. Recommended.
