Giao Te Hotel
Cheapest hotel rooms we found

What we say:
The Giao Te is located just to the north of the Central City Park. The street isn't as heavily trafficked as Quang Trung, et al, to the west, but it's still a wide impersonal boulevard without a lot of atmosphere. On the plus side, it's an easy walk to the post office with good, cheap internet access. We'd still recommend heading to a quieter side street, but the rooms here were some of the cheapest hotel rooms we found in Vinh, and there's a good range of options.
