This is the most reasonable option that's close to the cave (if you rule out the Saigon-Phongnha for being overpriced). The rooms here are standard for those in town -- clean, well-maintained, with air-con, hot water baths, and no fridges. But they also offer some cheaper, fan only options and rooms with shared bath, making it the one place to head for a bargain. It's also one of the few places in town that provides some nice views of the surrounding scenery. The lively staff here actually speak a little bit of English as well.
