This pretty place is set in its own alleyway near the Hoa Binh bridge. The cheaper rooms are tiny, and for just 20,000 more you can have an extremely spacious and comfortable room — so be sure to ask if they have anything bigger if you're shown the small room first. Despite so-so bathrooms and no views, these larger rooms represent a very good value mid-range option for Hoa Binh, with amenities like fridges, desk, satellite TV and phones in the rooms. And with two double beds they can sleep up to 4 at no extra cost. The staff here were very helpful and patient, though English is very limited.
