Description
Everything's clean and proper here at the Thuy Hoa, so if you get dropped off at Lao Cai International and you haven't booked yet, just walk down the hill and stay here. Rooms are around a courtyard rather than with river views, but the rooms are spacious, light and airy. If you must have a satellite TV, however, you'll have to walk back up the street again.
