Good upgrade choice
What we say: 
The new semi-luxury option in town, Thien Hai is conveniently located next to the train station — look left, you can't miss it — and offers good value hotel standard rooms which are equipped with decent bedding, good furnishings, clean carpets and a shower cubicle or bathtub. Price includes breakfast but the restaurant is also open to non-residents and offers a good value buffet breakfast. Having initially been pointed in the direction of the bathrooms — clearly we didn't look like the sort of guest they expected — once staff understood our requirements they were very friendly and helpful and spoke some English.
