Description
On the southside of the street as you leave the town centre, the rooms at the Hai Yen are in need of a splash of paint, and someone should fix up the occasional light fixture hanging by it's wires, but other than that rooms are clean, and the beds are soft. Also, all the doubles sleep up to four people in two large beds, and the triples sleep six, so groups will make out well here.
