Huong Lan Guesthouse
Unbelievably cheap
What we say: 
Five minutes walk from the bus station, towards Mai Chau, Huong Lan appears to offer incredible value. For just 50,000 you get a decent sized room with a neat bathroom, air-con, a TV and decent bedding. Plus something of a view from the rooms at the back. Rooms weren't super clean — the room we were shown had the remains of a cigarette in the ashtray — but were adequate. The girl on reception didn't come across as particularly confident so best to double-check the price of the room before committing. A good option if you just want somewhere to lay your head though you'll have to walk back into town for food or drink.
