What we say:

Green Suites, a new and modern addition to the Pham Ngu Lao area, has quite large rooms and the decor offers a much higher end atmosphere than other hotels in the price range. Bathrooms are also an adequate size, complete with new fixtures. Another rarity for the area is the suite's elevator; but make sure you pack your earplugs because noise can be a issue, mostly between floors rather than coming from outside - in particular, avoid the rooms adjacent to the lift. The rooftop terrace, where breakfast is served, is a nice touch and good place to relax, drink in hand, and watch the action down below. Staff are known for their helpful service and suggestions.
