A budget option outside the backpacker area, Hong Vy 3 Hotel, the cheapest of the three Hong Vy hotels, sits just a short walk away from the sights of Saigon. The outside of Hong Vy 3 looks very much like other hotels in its price range - that is, a tall narrow building that is largely forgettable - but unlike the others the hotel's interior is modern and charming. Besides better than average decor, rooms also come standard with internet, cable TV and private bathrooms that are on the small side. The hotel also has an elevator, a rarity for the price range, and computers in the lobby for guests travelling without PC accompaniment. Breakfast is included.
