What we say: 
Because of the attractive exterior and the anglo-phone-friendly signage, we thought we'd give this place the once over, and we're glad we did -- so we can warn you. The rooms with attractive balconies at the front of the building are inhabited by the owners. The guest rooms are in the back -- dank cement rooms with no windows and incredibly uncomfortable beds. You can do a lot better than this place.
