Steer clear of here

Description
Ngoc Bich has a bunch of hexagonal bamboo and wooden bungalows, identical to those at Small Village, where they are of a better standard. The owner, despite his initially friendly presence, turned out to fib about a range of details such as onward transportation options and has a habit of shouting at customers making quite reasonable inquiries. For the money, the rooms are passable value for backpacker standard, but if this is your price range, we'd strongly suggest opting for Hong Di, Keng or Small Village, all of which are comparably priced but far superior.

we stayed here in march and it was a nightmare! on the first sight the rooms for 10$ looked nice but we got our surprise in the bathroom: the water that came out of the shower was brown! and after 10 min. of showering the floor was covered with red worms!!!! we went directly to the reception , but they suddenly couldn t speek any more english! we showed them the worms and the water and told them that we want our money back, but they refused! after a longer discussion they gave us another room, but we had the same problems and didnt get any money back! our advice: stay out of here!

We had no problem when we stayed there.
Our rooms was ok. Big enough. Fridge, no tv, 1 fan, verandah with uncomfortable chair.
The clean beach was 45 seconds away and I swear they sweep the sand every night. Its always clean and flat the next morning!
Out the front there is a bar and restaurant with pool table. Next door to that is a travel agent and internet. We were just a short stroll to Guava and Tac Ke Gecko (the best place for pool).
And no one shouted at me and Scooter!

Keng

Situated next door to Hong Di, Keng is a good backpacker haven equalling Hong Di on all counts. Mellow is run by amiable Englishman Paul and his wife Tien.
