Description
Swiss Village is contained in a typical palm tree fringed tropical garden, and despite it's five star appearance is only a three star resort, even though the rates suggest otherwise. If the garden and facilities are five star, the rooms certainly aren't -- they look dowdy and in need of a good makeover to bring them forward into the 21st century. However, they are equipped with the usual -- air-con, mini bar and cable TV, and the hotel has a huge leisure complex in a building next door including a tennis court, massage parlour, sauna and steam rooms, and a beauty salon -- the town post office is also housed here. One more good reason to stay here -- it's about as centrally located as you can get.
