What we say: 
Like its neighbour, the Hoang Pho across the street, the rooms here are good value. The street-facing rooms have good large balconies, but during the day street noise would be a bit intrusive. Rooms without balconies are the same price, but quieter. All the rooms are well-furnished, with hot-water bathrooms equipped with tubs.
