Description
If the words '2-dollar room' spark your interest, and the words 'wretched hovel' don't put you off in the least, the Huu Nghi is the place for you. The flop-house rooms here are dirt cheap and, well, just plain dirty. All rooms use shared, rather mangy, bathrooms facilities. On the up side, the staff are friendly, and seem to be delighted by the prospect of a westerner on their turf.
