• Would recommend a stay here!

  Excellent hotel in Nha Trang wih a range of rooms types for different prices. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are very clean. Would recommend a stay here!

• good choice

  We stayed in a standard double for 20 dollar a night. It was a very good choice, we stayed in the 10th floor, which was great, as we had a big shared balcony with great view. The room was very clean, staff was friendly, only the breakfast was kind of a joke. Its still a very good choice for the money. Recommended!

• Very happy

  It's unfortunate to read the above comment about the overcharged experience. We really enjoyed our experience at the hotel but found that using a credit card both at the hotel and in other places around the area was quite a problem. Often people would swipe the card for it to fail, and then want to swipe it again or turn off the machine and start over. I had to delay a purchase by a few days due to this and not wanting to be charged multiple times. Best idea, bring cash and use up any dong as it's hard to change. The Hoan Kim itself was in a great location. The rooms were nice and it was handy having internet included. It was close to the beach and had nice quality rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Oh and there is a big seafood restaurant on the corner near to Hoan Kim: beware. We got into an argument over finding a hair in our food. And because we didn't speak to the 'right' waiter they wanted us to pay for it even though we didn't eat it.

• Great Stay

  Had a really great time here. the staff was fantastic and hooked me up in a family room with a great view of the city.

• Good views & no problems

  We stayed here for 3 nights in late June 2007.We had 2 deluxe rooms.1 room with double bed and 2nd seperate room with 1 double and 1 single bed. the 1st room had ocean views, 2nd room looked towards city.Both rooms on 9th floor.Rooms were 350,000VND per night. Didnt include breakfast, but had free internet.It was close to most things& was 1 block from beach so maybe less noisy! We also had the same story about the credit card machine. We paid in cash (VN dong)We ate breakfast once here, but better value & nicer 2 doors up in the cafe. -Peter AND Sharon

• overcharged

  Although our stay in this hotel was fine, then ending was terrible. The man at the desk said the credit card machine was not working after running my card three times, and in fact no paper printed out. We then paid cash. Turns out the credit card machine did work, and I was indeed charged three times to the tune of $400 US. The Hotel would not credit me the amount, and told my credit card company the amount was correct. I am still batteling with both to get my money returned to me. This level of dishonesty is unfortunate, and intollerable. Stay at your own risk.
