What we say:

Chipped paint in the rooms isn't a good start, neither is no elevator. However, with only three floors, only the laziest could complain about that. A fan room is available for seven bucks, and all the others are no more than ten. The fact that there is no breakfast is countered by the presence of numerous small cafes and noodle shops around the guesthouse, making mealtimes a short, cheap walk. Balconies had chairs, although the only view is of the street below, whilst bathrooms were the opposite of the rooms -- light and flowery. If you like a soft bed, this is the place for you.

We arrived looking for Quang Minh and found what looks like a travel agency on the outside. They are at the same address but under new ownership. The staff seems friendly. The rooms seem clean and nice. Hot water, A/C. They quoted us $8 for a single and $10 for a double. Close walk to the beach.

Clean & great location

We stayed here for 4 nights and found it to be very clean and great value for money!! It is also close to the beach, and bars!
