This place sits in the shadow of posh Phu Quy 2, but represents the best value in a string of budget choices along this strip. For a budget traveller looking for a seaview room, you may do a lot worse than in Hoang Son. Thankfully, it does have an elevator, as to benefit from a view you'll need to make sure a room higher up is acquired. The hotel is clean with good sized beds, and decorated throughout in green and blue. Only charging an extra dollar for those front facing sea views seems curious, but worth looking in to.
