What we say: 
Perfume grass is a short walk from the beach and may be a friendly place to hole up for a few days. Prices range from budget to midrange. At the budget end, fan and air-con rooms are serviceable -- after all the lifestyle in Nha Trang means little time spent in the hotel, so for a place to sleep and keep luggage this place isn't bad, although some of the beds look like they belong in a hospital. Rooms higher up in the building provide a balcony or a sea view. Perfume Grass also has four large rooms that are more expensive, all decorated in wooden panelling, they also have a bathtub inside. Free internet is provided in the lobby.

I got robbed here!
Stayed here one night. I left my pack in the room, which was locked. When I came back from the beach, 500,000VND was gone from my wallet that was inside my pack. The door was still locked so I know it had to be someone who worked there. I would not recommend staying here.
