Description
If you absolutely must have the cheapest room in town no matter what the drawbacks, here it is. The Hoa Hiep. The drawbacks include: access to the upper floor via a narrow, rusted-out spiral staircase, cramped rooms, goofy bedding and decor, and crappy bathrooms. On the plus side, the shared balconies are quite good. It's not near the water or anything, but in good proximity to the beach, and some nearby cafes and noodle joints. You can see the Huong Bien Guest House just across the way, beckoning on the horizon. Why aren't you staying there? Just to save one or two bucks? Jeez, some people are cheap.
