Description
This is one of those places that has two price brackets -- one for Vietnamese and another (higher) for foreigners. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and decent -- it's a two star place, and it pretty much feels like it -- you'll get long distance phone access, mini-bar fridges, air-con and aTV for your money. WiFi is also available throughout the building. But the fact remains, you'll get very similar accommodation at the Huu Nghi up the street for a more reasonable price. At least the prices here include tax, breakfast, and a fruit salad in the evenings.
