Description
Usually, if there's a hotel owned by a bus company located right smack next to the bus station, it's the least attractive place in town to stay. But here's a reversal -- the Vinh Thuan is good value and a fine choice. It has a large lobby, and on site restaurant, though you'll probably want to head to the food stalls around the bus station for most of your meals. The cheap fan rooms are of the aging, windowless, concrete variety, but powder-blue walls and high ceilings keep them cheery, and they represent a good deal for the price. They also offer the best deals in town on air-con rooms, and they'll knock 20,000 VND off the price if you go without.
