What we say:

The Dong Khanh offers rooms for the same price as their neighbour, the Quang Vinh, but the offerings here are a much better value -- cleaner, better atmosphere, and a much more attentive and cheerful staff. The rooms come with tables and chairs, air-con, cable TV, desks and tubs in the bath. The painted wood furnishings don't exactly reek opulence, but we've seem much worse for the price. Some of the rooms have views of Ba To park across the street. There are plenty of places to eat, internet, and other services -- including a post office branch -- just around the corner on Quang Trung street, south of the roundabout.
