What we say:

This looked to be a promising option for budget travellers staying on the north side of town, but what we found were really crappy rooms that are not particularly well-maintained, overseen by a bored and listless staff. For much better quality for the same price, head a few doors east to the Dong Khanh, and for prices that can't be beat, check out the Van Hong on the same road, just west of the roundabout. The Quang Vinh remains popular, though, for those travelling in groups.
