Dilapidated, but has a pool

What we say:

This dilapidated four-star outfit isn't centrally located, but is convenient to the bus station. It's really falling apart, and they don't seem to be putting any effort into fixing it up. The furniture is worn, the walls are scuffed up, and the carpeting we saw had long black streaks all over it from furniture being moved around. Parts of the hotel looked like they'd been abandoned for years and the gym was torn apart for some kind of renovation that wasn't progressing. But it does has two saving graces -- a good pool, and they've slashed their prices to align with reality.
