How Thai restaurants in touristy areas get it wrong

I'm not asking for this, but at least a curry with some kick.

Chiang Mai’s Arcade Bus Station

Nice bus but you will have to change at Chiang Khong since they can't fit this one on the boats and the bridge isn't finished yet!
