As suggested by @Thaibeachlovers, I've changed the layout somewhat on the "latest posts you've made section" (need to be logged in to see it) so that at a glance you can see the latest posts you have made and also if anyone else has responded to them. I've not extensively tested this on other platforms (like phones for eg) so if you get something weird happening, please let me know.
I'd never considered laying it out this way, but, for those who don't want to get email notifications of replies, this is an easy way at a glance to see if anyone has replied to you.
Further suggestions always appreciated.
