How come there are only "old" reviews of places to stay

    hello travelfish!
    I am a bit confused and wanted to ask how come that the reviews of guesthouses and places to stay are mostly a few years old, I haven't found any recent reviews.
    Tried to find a similar topic on the forum but wasn't lucky. So sorry if you have already answered this question a 1000 times...

    Hi celine,

    It varies -- there's thousands of reviews in the system -- some old, some new -- new ones being added every day. We're not TripAdvisor though, so there's less than some of the larger sites.

    Also, the main reviews are written by us -- not the hotels, so every place has at least one review ;-)
