The title says it all!

We're looking at doing a series of email interviews with travellers who blogs -- or is that bloggers that travel...

Anyway, we're looking to discuss both the technical/practical side of blogging along with the more nebulous topics of why travellers blog and how blogging affects both travellers and the destinations they travel to.

You trip would need to at least be passing through one of the countries we cover.

If you're a blogger and have a site that is tracking your trip, please drop a message in this thread with the site address and I'll be in touch.

Thanks!

Well, I travel (well, trying to travel more), and I have a blog about my travel and other travel-related entries. However, I don't totally blog while travelling so the entries are pre- and post- travel.

Anyway, the url: http://justwandering.org

hey somtam,
My girlfriend and I are heading to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos for 11 weeks leaving in the beginning of October. I just finsihed coding a Wordpress/Googlemaps mashup that uses Lat/Lon attached to posts. It doesnt have any real posts yet, just some test posts. I plan to continue to add some more features as i get better at the googlemaps api. The site is:

http://travel.jnuwebsites.com

My gf and I plan on posting to it whenever we hit up the internet cafes along the way (or my phone if its data service works!). The idea is that we can upload our pictures into a gallery too as we travel. The intial impetus for the site was for our families and friends, so they can see where we are, what we are doin, that we are safe, etc.

peace,
itchy

We're just added out first interview -- with Ben Walker at Travels along the Mekong. You can read the interview here.

Just to clarify, we're looking for travel bloggers to SE Asia who have already blogged about their trip -- we'll be in touch with some of you shortly...

We're always, always, always looking for more interviewees, so please continue to list your blogs in this thread.

Our last ten months of travel have been blogged every month/country. Only Cambodia on there now but Vietnam soon to be...

We've found the getjealous medium very easy to use.
