Cooking classes Yangon or Bagan

    Can anyone provide a contact to organize classes in Burmese cooking in either Yangon or (better) Bagan? We're looking for a family or small restaurant setting, hoping to learn some dishes not hard to find outside Myanmar, catholic eaters, very experienced cooks.
