Hi, would like to ask is there any bus from Bagan to Ngapali and Ngapali to Yangon? Or train perhaps? thank you

Currently, there is no bus to Ngapali neither from Yangon nor Bagan.

There is no direct bus form Bagan to Ngapli , you have to go back to Yangon and take the bus to Ngapli . So , you can also take the bus to Ngapli to Yangon if you don't mind the rough road .
