    I am currently in Hanoi and am wanting a Honda Custom 125cc motorbike for a trip in the north and then down to Saigon. I have a three month VISA and am not in a huge hurry to buy however in the next week or so would probably be good. As I just arrived yesterday I do not have a Viet sim card yet however will organise that tomorrow and update this thread with my phone number.

    Any tips and suggestions are welcome :)

    Hello,
    I know this isn't the bike you are asking for - but I genuinely have a great little bike that I have done some work on that would be a great bike for you to have on your tour.
    Have just completed riding our Honda Mikado 110E from Saigon to Hanoi with myself and my girlfriend on the back and about 15kg of luggage!
    We changed the rear suspension, new bearings on the front wheel, and new drive train (chain and front and rear main cogs) put a longer luggage rack on the back.
    It runs like a dream. The bike comes with insurance and the registration papers, two helmets and straps for the luggage.
