U.S passport holder.
Is it viable to get a Chinese visa from the Chinese consulate in Phnom Penh as opposed to going all the way to HCMC?
I've had visas for China in the past even a two year visa when I was working there. I've just never tried obtaining a visa for China in SE Asia before and I can't find anything online about obtaining it from Cambodia so hopefully someone may have some first or second-hand experience they can share.
