how hard is it to get vicodin, and/or xanax prescriptions in cambodia? and what are costs?

a FOAF tried to get oxycontin and was smartly told by the cambodian pharmaceutical clerk behind the counter: "That is a schedule 1 drug in your country, we do not have that." He then proceeded to get generic hydrocodone after insisting for a pill that didn't contain APAP.. don't remember what he said cost was, not expensive, surely .. xanax should be available cheaply as well
