Hi everybody,
I'd like to ask you some qouestion about Sen Monorom if you don't mind.
How hard is to arrange an overnight elephant trip in Sen Monorom. Have any experience what time they start and when is return ? We plan to travel PP -> Sen Monorom, probably it takes a whole day. Is there any possiblity to arrange overnight trip the same day and start the next day ? We would like to see waterfall as well. Could we do it in a half a day f.e. before start of elephant ride or after return ?
And the last but not least. Is there any chance to get to Siem Reap (from Sen Monorom of course) in one day?
Any guesthouse in Sen Monorom can arrange trekking trips that include elephant trips into the surrounds.
The trip from PP to Sen Monorom takes the best part of a day -- depending on road conditions, so you could show up in town, check in and arrange a tour to leave the following morning -- no problems.
The trips often include waterfalls -- ask at your guesthouse upon arrival as there's a variery of options.
Sen Monorom to Siem Riep -- overland in one day would not be possible by bus, though if you went by share taxi and left Sen Monorom very early, it could be possible.
