I am travelling up to Stung treng via kratie and sen monoram before that. I need to get back to Phnom Penh or Siem Reap for an onward flight- it doesn't matter which airport I fly from.
I have found from reading peoples advice on the travelfish forum that Sorya bus company is reputable and thus a good bus company to travel with from Stung Treng to Phnom Penh, however no one mentions how long this bus journey is!
Does anyone know how long this bus journey will take?
Thanks everyone.

Well I don't know about Sorya as I never remember which company I take.
why 3 hours difference... some of the buses have to stop because of overheating at the engine or complete brake down. It's all fun though
.
The trip from Stung Treng to Phnom Penh takes about 7-10 hours
