We were assured by Flight Centre that the departure tax from Cambodia was included in our Malaysian Airline ticket but when we left Phonm Penh we were told we weren't allowed out of the country till we paid our "already" paid departure tax. Has anybody had this experience?

Try to get a refund from Flight Centre. You gotta pay up in Phnom Penh

departure tax from Cambodian airports was stopped on March 31st 2011. From then on it should be included in the air fare
